This house is perfect for family or friends to occupy or you can use for a holiday rental business.

The second house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one single.

Very spacious open plan kitchen/diner and lounge, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

A log burner for those winter nights and central heating .

There is a porch attached and leads out to a beautiful handmade wooden pergola with a stone built BBQ and seating for at least ten with surrounding views of the countryside.

We have our own gated private driveway and a storage/workshop.

The town of Falset is 1km from the house and has every amenity you could want i.e. Medical centre, schools, shops, bars/restaurants etc

The nearest airport is Reus with many Ryanair flights and is 30mins from the house.

The biggest cities of Tarragona (40 mins) and Barcelona (90 mins) easily reachable by car or train.

The fantastic and clean Mediterranean beaches are 40 mins away.

The whole Priorat region is steeped in history and is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and outstanding scenery.
