BOOKING DETAILS
RATES:
For: Nov/Feb/Mar.................£225 per week
For: April/May/Oct.............£275 per week
For:
June/Sept..................£350 per week
July/August.....................£475 per week
Min 2 nights (excluding July/August) £60 per night with optional B&B
for 2 persons... £70 per night.
During the peak season July and August we ask that the booking be a min of one week.
The rest of the year letting may be flexible with an agreement of a min 2 night stay.
The rates shown above
are for the cottage and NOT per person.
Includes all gas, electricity and water, bed linen and bath towels, also private
use of the pool/deck and bbq area.

DEPOSIT:
We kindly ask for a
25% deposit( non-refundable) at the time of booking, unless the booking is made within six weeks of the start date of the
rental then full payment is required immediately.
BALANCE:
We ask for the balance to be
paid six weeks before the arrival date, unless we have received written confirmation of cancellation from you.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A fully refundable breakage/damage deposit is requested at the time the balance is
paid, we ask for a separate cheque £100, this will be returned directly after your holiday providing the cottage is free from
damage before your departure.
We advise the customers to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy and to have
full cover for all your personal belongings and public liability etc, as these are not covered by the owners insurance.
PAYMENT:
Payment is normally requested direct to our bank account or by cheque.
Details will be
supplied on confirmation of booking.
